Does your writing motivate and empower your employees to act quickly, responsibly, and thoroughly? Or does your writing at times have a divisive effect? Executive writers face the special challenge of managing decisions and politics.
This seminar helps high-level managers develop writing that is motivating and action-oriented. Participants will recognize how to use written communication to support or enhance their leadership goals.
The seminar takes a case-study approach by following the writing of several executives at a fictional company called CompLaunch. This approach allows participants to build on skills and knowledge they already have as they analyze several writing tasks. The seminar includes one full day of group instruction with individual conferences.
