Speaking to an audience is tough enough without the added challenge of language and cultural differences! Speakers of English as a second language can build audience acceptance and rapport by knowing how to adjust culturally- linked elements of their styles. The result: flexible and persuasive communicators with value-added international sophistication.
In Polishing Presentations for the American Culture, participants examine cultural differences in communication styles and clarify expectations of the American audience.
In addition to platform skills, participants in this two-day seminar learn content design by using a special speaker's aid, PresenterFileİ. Each participant gives four presentations; most are videotaped and reviewed individually with a consultant.
