This two-day seminar helps writers craft powerful executive summaries, write e-mails and letters that stand out from the competition, and organize reports that motivate action. Participants use a three-step process to write documents that capture the reader’s attention and sell the writer’s ideas. In addition, they examine issues such as e-mail politics, formatting for impact, and reader psychology.

This seminar includes an individual conference with each participant. During this conference we review writing samples to identify strengths and concerns.
